For my free inquiry project I am learning about native plants and their traditional Indigenous uses. One of the major resources I will be pulling information from is the Pacific Northwest Plant Knowledge cards. These cards were put together by local Indigenous nations and contain information about 65 different edible and medicinal plants. Each week I will visit a different park, find one of the local plants and learn about it, while demonstrating my knowledge through different mediums.
